Shipping Policy
Current delivery options
We currently do not offer shipping or home delivery. All orders placed on dendoshi.lu are prepared for in-store pickup only at our location in Luxembourg.
There are no shipping or delivery fees added to your order. You pay for your order in person when you pick it up.
Order process and pickup
The ordering and pickup process is as follows:
- Place your order request on dendoshi.lu and confirm your details.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order.
- When your order is ready, we will send you a “Ready for pickup” email with pickup details.
- You come to our pickup location in Luxembourg, check the knife, and pay on site by card or cash.
Please wait for the “Ready for pickup” email before coming to the pickup location.
Pickup location
Orders are collected in person at our pickup location in Luxembourg. The exact address and any pickup instructions (entrance, floor, doorbell, etc.) are provided on our website and in your confirmation emails.
If you have any questions about how to find us or when to come, please contact us before your visit.
Pickup timeframe and unclaimed orders
We kindly ask you to pick up your order within a reasonable time after receiving the “Ready for pickup” email, typically within 14 days.
If an order is not picked up within a reasonable timeframe, we may cancel the order and return the products to stock. In that case, no payment will be due, and you may place a new order later, subject to availability.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in person at our pickup location in Luxembourg and are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details on conditions, time limits and how to request a return.
No international shipping
As we do not ship products, we currently do not deliver to any national or international addresses. All orders are collected locally in Luxembourg.
Age restriction and responsibility
Our products include kitchen knives and other sharp tools. By placing an order and collecting products in store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to purchase and possess such items in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the safe transport, storage and use of the products once they have been handed over to you.
