Refund policy

Payments and pickup

For now, all payments are made in person when you pick up your order in Luxembourg. We currently accept credit and debit cards and cash. Online payment (card, PayPal or bank transfer) is not yet available.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of pickup to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, not sharpened or altered, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are made in person at our pickup location in Luxembourg. There is no return shipping, as we do not offer delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at info.ryodo@gmail.com. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and agree on a date and time for you to bring the product back. Items brought back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your knife when you pick it up and contact us as soon as possible if you notice a defect, damage or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a problem appears later, contact us with a photo and a description of the issue. After verification, we will propose a repair, exchange or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

- personalised or custom-engraved knives,
- knives that have been used, sharpened or modified,
- items returned without their original packaging or in a non-resellable condition,
- sale items and gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges

If an exchange is accepted, the fastest way to get a new item is usually to bring back the knife in person. Once the return has been checked and confirmed, you can either choose another product on site or place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (card or cash).

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@dendoshi.lu.
